Mr. M David Vergis has been on the staff of the BSI from the year 1977 and is the Director (Finance) since 1995.
Mr. Vergis holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from the University of Mysore with Cost Accounts, Income Tax and Auditing as special subjects.
Dr. Miss E. Leelavathi Manasseh Director (Resource Mobilization and Ministry Department)
Dr. Miss E. Leelavathi Manasseh serves as the Director for Resource Mobilization and Ministry Department. Prior to her joining the BSI she had served the Evangelical Fellowship of India in various capacities for 29 Years, and as the Director/Secretary for about 20 years. She was part of the BSI Executive Committee as one of the Vice Presidents. Ms. Manasseh joined the staff of the BSI in 2007. She lives with her mother in Bangalore and worships at St. Mark’s Cathedral of the Karnataka Central Diocese of Church of South India.
Dr. Miss Manasseh is a graduate from the Bangalore University. She has also secured Bachelor of Religious Education from Union Biblical Seminary and an M.Th (Applied/Practical Theology) from Oxford University. Currently she is pursuing her PhD from Wales University through TAFTEE. The International Council for Higher Education conferred Doctor of Divinity on her in the year 2009 recognizing her contribution in the area of Global Leadership, Christian Education and Women as well as General Ministries.
Dr. Miss Manasseh is the honorary Chairperson of Commission on Women’s Concerns of World Evangelical Alliance and sought after as the Global Voice on Bible Engagement and Gender Issues/Concerns, including anti-human trafficking.
Rev. Dr. D. Jonadob Nathaniel Director (Translations)
Rev. Dr. D. Jonadob Nathaniel joined the BSI in the year 1990 and he is presently the Director (Translations). Prior to joining BSI, he had served on the staff of EFICOR as Training Officer.
Rev. Dr. Nathaniel holds a B.Sc degree from Madras University, B.D from Union Biblical Seminary, M.Th (NT) from United Theological College and Th.D (NT) from South East Asia Graduate School of Theology, Singapore. He has also done EMBA from National Institute of Business Management, Chennai.
Rev. G D V Prasad Director (Public Relations and Audio Visual Media)
Rev. G D V Prasad is presently the Director for Public Relations and Audio Visual Media. He has rich experience in the line of Teaching and is an ordained Minister of the Church of South India. Rev. Prasad joined the BSI in the year 1991 after serving at Bishop’s College, Calcutta and St. John’s Parish, Visakhapatanam.
Rev. Prasad holds degrees of Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts as well as Bachelor of Divinity and Master of Theology.
Dr. P I Varghese Director (Marketing)
Dr. P. I. Varghese is our Director for Marketing Department. He joined the BSI in the year 1989 and prior to joining BSI he had worked with various secular companies in the capacity of Sales Executive, Zonal Manager, Marketing Manager etc.,. Apart from heading the Marketing Department he is handling responsibilities in our Special Audience Department also.
Dr. Varghese holds a degree of Master of Arts in Economics from Madras University and Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing Management. He has a degree of Bachelor of Theological Studies through TAFTEE and has successfully completed the Advanced Course on Islam from the Henry Martin Institute of Islamic Studies. In addition he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Ministry by the International Institute of Church Management.
