REV. DR. P.N.S CHANDRA BOSE
President, The Bible Society of India

Rev. Dr. P.N.S Chandra Bose serves as the President of the Bible Society of India; He also serves as the General Secretary of the Gospel Mission of India, and president of Bethel Bible College at Guntur. He was one of the Founding Directors of CBN, India and the General Secretary of Francen World out reach.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Science, and a post Graduate Degree in philosophy from Andhra University; and a Bachelor Degree in Law from Acharya Nagarjuna University, and also the Bachelor of Divinity Degree from the Senate of Serampore University.

Rev. Dr. P.N.S Chandra Bose was awarded “Pratibha Puraskar” (Eminent personality) by Acharya Nagarjuna University in the field of social services; Doctor of Divinity (Honorary) by the Academy for Ecumenical Theology and Church Administration and the ``Best Christian Leader’’ Award by Aaradhana T.V, one of the most popular Satellite Christian Telugu Channels widely viewed all over the World.

His wife, Dr. Mrs. Leela Bose served as a senior Lecturer and Head of the Dept. of Botany at Andhra Christian College, Guntur and now she helps Rev. Bose heading all the educational institutions and Residential Homes run by Gospel Mission of India. She serves as the President of A.P Mary Jones club and is a member of the executive committee of B.S.I..

MRS. STARLA LUKE
Second Vice-President, The Bible Society of India

Mrs. Starla Luke serves as the Second Vice-President of the Bible Society of India from January 2010.
Starla Luke is a graduate of the Kerala University and a Post graduate in English Literature. She is married to Major V. I. Luke and is a teacher by training and experience. Having travelled and lived in various parts of India, she has taught in many schools across the country while her husband served in the Indian Army. During this time both of them were involved in many Christian activities and were strength to the local congregations and ministries.

She has undergone Christian Leadership Training in the USA and has undertaken teaching assignments in the Sultanate of Oman, besides having travelled to several countries for ministry purposes. She now serves full time as Administrator of India Bible College & Seminary, Kerala that imparts academic and practical training to young men and women who have a call for full time Christian ministry. Besides this she also coordinates activities related to the Bible Training Centers in Punjab, Orissa, Gujarat, Mizoram, Darjeeling etc. Starla’s other full time responsibilities include being Associate Editor of Revive – a monthly Christian magazine in English and also uses opportunities to speak at women's fellowships.

Mrs. Starla Luke lives in Kumbanad, Kerala with her husband Maj. V.I.Luke, Vice-President (Dev.), India Bible College & Seminary and are active members of the India Pentecostal Church of God.

REV. DR. M. MANI CHACKO
General Secretary, The Bible Society of India

Rev. Dr. M. Mani Chacko serves the Bible Society of India as the General Secretary from August 2011. Before joining the Bible Society of India, he was the Director of the Ecumenical Christian Centre, Whitefield, Bangalore. Prior to that, for nearly sixteen years he was a teaching faculty at the Gurukul Lutheran Theological College, Chennai, where later on he became the Principal of that college.
Rev. Dr. M. Mani Chacko obtained his M.A. in Sociology from the University of Kerala, and his B.D. and M.Th. in Old Testament Studies from the United Theological College, Bangalore. Later on he continued his studies in England and earned his Ph.D. from Kings’ College, London.

Dr. Chacko is also a writer and has authored three books. He has been a resource person in conferences held in China, Cameroon, South Africa, Germany, Hong Kong and Thailand.
