- The contest will be judge on the overall performance of one self composed and one cover up song.
- The composed song with full musical score, the lyrics of the cover song and photograph of the band or passport size photo of each individual of the band with their name written on the back of the photo along with the form duly filled should be submitted through Registered post or in person on or before the 30th Sept, 2006 to the address given below:

- Registration fee of Rs.1000/- must be paid during the submission of the form in cash or through a demand draft in favour of The Bible Society of India,
Dimapur.
- Prize money will be given to 3 (Three) best bands securing 1st, 2nd & 3rd positions and also to best individuals as Vocalist, Guitarist, Bassist, Drummer, Keyboardist and Composer (Back up Vocalists or Musicians if any will not be eligible for the best individual prizes).
- Being a gospel beat contest all the participants are required to maintain moral decency and abstinence from any intoxicants.
- The duration of one song should be between 3 – 5 minutes. The maximum duration to perform the 2 songs should not exceed 10 minutes.
- There will be an elimination round on 27th Oct, 2006 at Imliyanger Memorial Centre (IMC), Fellowship Colony Dimapur and the best 10 bands will be selected to perform for the final at DDSC Stadium on 28th Oct, 2006, where the best three bands will be selected. The best individual prizes will be selected from both the rounds. All the participating bands and individuals will be awarded with a certificate of participation.
- The final performance at the DDSC Stadium will be videographed and produce by the BSI Dimapur Auxiliary, the proceed of which will go to the BSI ministry. Thereby BSI Dimapur Auxiliary will have the full copyright for the production of the video.
- The Organizers will arrange lodging & food for the participants from outside of Nagaland at Youth Hostel Dimapur (on payment by the band). Participants from Nagaland are requested to contact the organizers if they require the same.
- Transportation will be provided to the participants from Railway/Bus station – Youth Hostel – Venue as per the schedule of the organizers. The band must inform the organizers their date, time and by what means of transport they are arriving at
Dimapur.
- The Organizers may as per its sole and absolute discretion/decision amend this terms and conditions without prior notice and with immediate effect.
- Incase of any dispute arising, the decision of the Organizers will be final and binding.
